Jenna,
We have never had a music video entered in the Three-Minute Thriller contest before, but I think it would be a refreshing addition. There is nothing in the rules prohibiting a music video, so ROCK ON!
Have fun,
Brian

The rules don’t meantion a minimum length, is 1 minute too short of a short?

Chantal,
There is no minimum length. One minute is fine. Ten seconds is fine. Bring it on, any length (up to 3:59).
Thanks,
Brian

Can it be a parody or something funny? or does it have to be scary?

There is a category for Comedy/Spoof on the application, so I am betting it is OK.
