7 Day Film Challenge Posts September Contest
The folks over at http://www.7dayfilmchallenge.com have posted a new script writing challenge for September. There is a $20 entry fee, a percentage of which goes to creating the prize purse. Keep reading for what they had to say about the contest.
The 7 Day Film Challenge script challenge for September is now open. Get our your pens, your paper, your laptops, and your creativity. We want to see your original scripts. Our theme and rule for this month are as follows:
Your challenge is to write a story about a flawed hero. Similar to the classical tragic hero, the flawed hero must have a personality trait that could be destructive to self and loved ones. Your hero, however, must discover his or her weakness and overcome that obstacle to “save the day” or “win the prize.”
Our September content requirements:
1. Your story must be be set during an historical event, but it does not effect the actual outcome of the true scenario.
2. The hero’s best friend’s name is Ashley.
